Genuine dog lovers who are passionate about their charges and have a great sense of loving responsibility to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the dogs. Ollie, our Frenchie, was walked and dog sat by Milena during his convalescence from a serious leg injury, and we have been amazed by the level of care and love he received while we were away. We came back to a happy pet whose progress was evident and have already booked Sammy&Mim for our next trip.

We were so lucky to have Milena looking after our hamster while we were away for over a week. We were a bit worried at first because that was the first time we were leaving him with someone else, but she was sending us daily updates and photos and we could see he was very well looked after. Milena has taken my dog, Winston, for group walks 5 days a week and occasional boarding (when I'm out of town) for several years and is amazing. Winston has a couple of health issues and can be nervous around other dogs and Milena has always been so accommodating and patient with him, which I've always really valued and you can tell Winston does too! She really does care about each of the dogs she looks after and treats them like a member of the family which always puts my mind at ease when Winston's with her 🤍

Having had some disastrous ‘baby-sitting’ events with family and friends, we contacted Milena to look after our 4 male cats, all rescue, with their own peculiarities as we would be abroad for a few weeks and kennels just isn’t an option for these guys!
She visited us initially to meet the cats, check details, etc. and within not so long we were really pleased to see that the boys started gravitating towards her. With most people at least 2 would normally disappear and hide so we felt very positive from the start.
Throughout our holidays we checked in with her for an update and felt very reassured each and every time, such a relief.
On our return, normally a time we dread, as in the past, the sitters just didn’t ‘gel’ with the boys - a couple would look very thin and stand-offish and at times the house looked like a disaster film… not mentioning names, Uncle John! Milena however, was on the sofa, surrounded by happy cats and the house was spotless… Won’t use anyone else ever again, having now been with us twice, she’s almost family!
